Why do you use hourly pricing instead of packages?

Hourly pricing gives every client a truly customized experience. You only pay for the exact time and expertise your project requires—nothing more, nothing less. No rigid packages, no wasted deliverables.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. There are zero contracts or long-term commitments. You can start, pause, or scale your support whenever your business needs change.

How does billing work?

Hours are purchased in 6-hour blocks (with the option to buy more), and work begins once payment is received. You will receive a detailed receipt showing exactly how your hours were used, including each task and the time allocated.

What is the minimum booking requirement?

All work requires a minimum purchase of 6 hours, but clients may purchase multiple 6-hour blocks if they need larger projects or extended support.

What services are included in the hourly rate?

Everything Willis Creative offers—AI strategy, social media, content creation, branding, website builds, automation setup, paid ads, analytics, and more—is included under the $50/hr rate.

Can unused hours roll over to future projects?

Yes. Any unused hours from your purchased block can be applied to future tasks or upcoming projects.

How do I know how many hours my project will take?

We’ll review your goals together and provide a customized estimate before starting so you have a clear idea of how many hours you may need.

What if I need ongoing monthly support?

If you need continuous help, ongoing support is offered in 6-hour increments, billed on a recurring monthly cycle until canceled. Your recurring payment will process on the day of the month that works best for you, and work for each month begins only once payment is received. Each payment is valid for 30 days from the date it is received, and all payments are non-returnable.

The goal was simple; a new site to capture the beauty of her pieces and a site that is authentic to her. Cheval Artistic had a challenge of creating a website and was looking for someone to create the site of her dreams. After a through conversation about what she was looking for I was able to mock up three different designs. Once she saw the designs, she selected the one she felt most aligned with her and her business and we were off from there. After the site was built out, we went through a couple phases of edits to get the site exactly where she wanted.
